THE
BIGEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD RUSIA
Russia
or the Russian Federation is the largest country in the world. It´s
situated between Asia and Europe. The Russian Federation has an area
of 17.125.246 square kilometers, equivalent to the ninth of the
Earth's land surface, and with a variety of reliefs and natural
environments. It has 146.02 million inhabitants. Occupies the entire
North Asia and about 40% of Europe. The capital of Russia is Moscow
and its president is Dmitri Medvedev. The language is Russian and the
predominant religion is Orthodox.
This
is the flag. The colours are white,blue and red.They use from
December 11, 1993.
Rusia is a contry with beautiful landscapes for example:
Lake Baikal and Siberian taiga.
In summer it´s hot about 30 degrees but in winter are very cold with world records in Oymyakon of -71.2 ° C.
Many
major rivers flow through the plains ending at the Russian coasts. In
Europe these are the Volga, Don, Kama, Oka and the Northern Dvina,
while other rivers originate in Russia but flow into other countries
such as the Dnieper and the Western Dvina.Rusia have a continetal
clime.
Typical
food is Rusia is very important. The
typical dishes of Russian cuisine is very rich, but also have enough
calories, because in winter more energy is needed.
It´s similar because to the scandinavian food.
This
typical food is called Borshch.
Historical
periods in Rusia:Russia along has been in many wars as we have seen
in the social sciences. The russian emperor is called Zar. Rusia was
allied to othe country in many wars ,for example, was allied to Great
Britain and France in the First World War.
I
think that Rusia is a very important country because is the biggest
in the world, they have many history, the food is delicius and
because have a beautiful landscape.

- Why do you like Rusian or why don´t like?
- What do you think about the food and the landscape.
- Do you remember other countries with similar temperatures?

1.- Son of Basil III and Elena Glinski and grandson of Ivan III Vasilevich the Great, by marrying Sophia Palaeologus, niece of the last Byzantine emperor, assumed the imperial tradition and passed on to his son the title of tsar. However, Ivan IV was the first major Russian princes to be officially called "Czar of all the Russias."

In 1555 he ordered the construction of the church of San Basilio in Moscow, was so pleased with the work that commanded to leave the architects blinded so they could not project anything more beautiful.

2.- I can't include all the country, in one hand, I really like cities like Moscow, but also, I don't like the people that live there, they are so 'cold'.
3.- I don't taste any Russian food, and the landscape looks awesome!
4.- I think that in Canada, there are places with similar temperatures.
5.- What little I have learned, is very interesting, I want to know more about this interesting country!

ReplyDelete1)Ivan of Russia was the first tsar of Russia and he was considered like one of the creater of the Russia State. He won lots of victories like the concquered of Siberia .He has more than 7 wifes and his reign longed more than 50 years. He killed lots of people and was known by the terrible because of the numerous assesinations he carried.
2)I like Russia because I think it has lot of history so the monuments are really wonderfull but also I like the cultures and his people , everybody say Russians are really serious but I think they are only stereotypes. I don´t know many more about the country but in the future I would like to go there.
3)I think the food is really strange but it is only for me because I don´t like unusual food but i think it is like in everywhere the food has to be delicious only that it is not known for us. In other aspect the landscapes are really different to Spain , the climate is cold but the trees and vegetation is very beautiful . I think that there I became ill because I don´t like the cold.
4)Yes, of course. For examples Germany or Canada and in other ways Sweetzerland.
5)I don´t know lot about it but I think that Russia was one of the most important empires in the History and the history that it has is really emotional.

4) Yes of course, one of them is Ukrania and also Romania has lcold winters.
5)Yes, I think that is very interesting, and impactant and because Russia had participated in a lot of wars.

ReplyDelete1.-Ivan the Terrible was the first tsar of all Russia. During his reign (1533-1584), Ivan acquired vast amounts of land through ruthless means, creating a centrally controlled government.
Many believe him to have been mentally ill. One of his violent outbursts was perhaps the reason for his son's death.
2.-I don't like Russia because there it's so cold and the peopple there,they're so violent and rude.
3.-The landscape is so beautiful but I love the Spanish food,so the Russian food isn't for me.
