HAPPY PANCAKE DAY!

Shrove Tuesday is the day before Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. It's usually celebrated throughout the United Kingdom by the cooking and eating of pancakes. In some places pancakes races are held. Participants run along tossing a pancake in a frying pan as they go.
Shrove Tuesday is also known as Pancake Day because it is the one day of the year when almost everyone eats a pancake. If you want to celebrate Pancake Day properly this year you should know two important things:
